Invented by Guinness World Record holder Smokin’ Ed Currie (Puckerbutt Pepper Co), the Apollo chilli is so spicy that the sauce was considered for exclusion from the Hot Ones online series due to its excessive heat. Not for Pros! For beginners this sauce might be hot. I kept it at my restaurant so that everyone can try. Seems to regular customers are enjoying but real spicy food lovers said this is not hot at all 🙂
