Klapperschlange, or Rattlesnake, is a sauce similar to Fire Salamander, which is in the same series, but with a hotter edge. The tropical flavour, the richness of the seasoning and the heat of the habanero chillies make up a 150,000 SHU blend suitable for everyday use. A special mention can be made for its suitability with sausages, soups and chilli con carne.

Habanero chilli, water, malic acid, onion, pineapple, chilli extract, carrot, pomegranate, papaya, sugar, garlic, xanthan gum and ascorbic acid thickeners.
