Extra Spicy Cabbage Krimchi

Ingredients
Head cabbage, water, carrot, apple, white radish, leek, tuber onion, gochugaru chilli flakes, Himalayan salt, garlic, rice flour, ginger, chilli flakes.

Shelf life and storage
Best before date is marked on the package. Aged and more acidic kimchi is ideal in soups/warm dishes. It is a fermented product, always store in the fridge. Gases may be released on opening.
