Teqiwi is one of the mildest in the White Whale Sauces range in terms of spiciness, but it is also very flavourful. A salsa verde type of sauce, consisting of a nice blend of green jalapeno, garlic, onion and coriander with caramelised green apple and kiwi. And to add some funk – also tequila! Goes particularly well with Mexican food.
