Lactic acid bacteria from the fermentation process are preserved – the sauce is alive! A long and calm fermentation results in natural, yet complex flavours: fiery, tart, berry, with a hint of blueberry. Handmade in Estonia. Wild Blueberry Krefti is great on sandwiches, rice dishes, egg dishes and dumplings. Mix the Krefti with mayonnaise and you get a nice sauce for the wraps. Krefti is perfect using with anything!

Shelf life and storage
The product is marked with the packaging date. From this date, the product will keep for one year. Shake before use. As the sauce is lively, gases may be released when it is opened. It is a fermented product, always store in the fridge.
