The owner of the Hotta online store (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Sellinor OÜ (registration number 14547877).
Sellinor OÜ is not responsible for any health problems or other side effects resulting from the consumption of the products sold. The customer takes full responsibility for using the products within the intended purpose and dose. It is recommended to consume the products in diluted form.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store. The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated on the product page. Delivery fee will be added in checkout. The delivery fee depends on the delivery method chosen by the buyer. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order. Information about the goods is provided on the Online Store on the product page.
Placing an order
To order, you must add the products you want to your shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the preferred delivery method. The amount of the fee, which can be paid by bank transfer or other payment method, is then displayed.
The contract shall enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiry of the delivery period or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after the notification.
Payment
You can choose between bank transfer and Montonio bank links to pay for your order. Payment for goods is in euros. If you choose bank transfer, instructions on how to pay for the goods will be displayed when you confirm your order. Instructions will also be sent to the e-mail address provided by the buyer when placing the order. Once the bank transfer has been received, the goods will be dispatched according to the delivery method chosen by the buyer. After payment, the order will be processed.
Sellinor OÜ is the controller of the personal data, Sellinor OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Montonio Finance UAB.
Delivery
The shipping costs are paid by the buyer, and the corresponding fee information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Intra-Baltic shipments usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-2 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. In exceptional cases, you have the right to have the goods delivered within 30 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person. The right of return applies only to products that are unopened and in their original packaging at the time of dispatch.
In order to return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal form and send it to [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The cost of returning the goods is to be paid by the buyer, unless the reason for returning the goods is that they do not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. they are wrong or defective). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within that period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will refund to the buyer as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal. The Online Store may refuse to issue a refund until it has received the goods covered by the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever happens earlier.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method. The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
Right to lodge a complaint
The Online Store is liable for the non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the moment of delivery. In case of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within 14 days at the latest by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
The Online Store is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer. If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online Store will refund the buyer all the fees related to the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 14 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer.
The Online Store transfers personal data to transport companies in order to deliver goods. The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and has indicated their wish to receive direct mail notifications. The buyer may opt-out of receiving offers and newsletters by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.
Dispute resolution
If the buyer has any complaints about the Online Store, they should be sent by e-mail to [email protected].
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. There is no charge for the Commission to examine the buyer's complaint. The buyer can turn to the European Union's consumer dispute resolution platform.
