Specifically, the lasagna served with a freshly made hot sauce in a restaurant in the town of Ferrara.<br\/><br\/>It was from this sauce combined with lasagne that Chilli Man was inspired to create a spicy Italian-style sauce, perfect for use in a variety of dishes or as a dip, for example, with cheese.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Smoking Gun<br\/><em>Medium Hot Smoky Mexican Style<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat: <strong>4\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This product is well described by the phrase &#8220;chili con carne in a can&#8221;, even though there is no meat in this sauce. Smoky and earthy, characterised by notes of raisin, chocolate, vanilla, tobacco.  <br\/><br\/>Good in stews, as a marinade, on meat or simply as a dip.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NW3<br\/><em>Medium Hot Kebab Shop Style<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat: <strong>6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NW3 is a medium spicy, <em>kebab shop style<\/em> sauce named after West Hampstead in North London &#8211; the postcode of the kebab shop there. This product is Chilli Man&#8217;s tribute to its favourite kebab place.<br\/><br\/>Great with meat or halloumi cheese, but also as a dip! Enhance the flavour by adding lemon juice, parsley and olive oil.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scorpion Kiss<br\/><em>Hot Sweet &amp; Herby<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat: <strong>7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hottest product in Brendan&#8217;s range. A rather spicy, sweetish sauce flavoured with herbs.
