I love El Yucateco hot sauces for their flavor. This one is no exception – it has beautiful smoked habanero aroma and taste, and even though it’s vinegar based, it’s not overpowering, rather compliments this sauce real well. Goes great with red meat, poultry, vegetables. Heat is bearable for inexperienced chili-heads, very mild for those accustomed to hot sauces.
