Unlike traditional BBQ flavours, this sauce consists of an exciting combination of Sichuan pepper and shiitake mushrooms inspired by the hot pot. The spiciness is provided by fermented habanero and cayenne chillies. Perfect with grilled meat, chicken wings and vegetables.
